i found the location great. it was close to the action yet very quiet. interior design felt very cozy. the bed and pillows were also very comfortable.

quality materials good breakfast quick housekeeping
i thought the styling were consistent all across the hotel. i like the quality materials they used everywhere. the breakfast was also really good. housekeeping was quick when i needed something.
i found the room charged for everything, even biscuits you eat with coffee. i have stayed in much less expensive hotels, and they have free biscuits.

a charming stay!
accommodating team special pet bed invaluable concierge
i found the team accommodating, especially giuliano, who addressed our specific needs. elena even welcomed our large golden retriever! the staff set up a special pet bed and water bowls. rachel, the concierge, was invaluable in finding solutions for us.
i noticed the wi-fi signal was unstable in our room throughout my stay. this made it difficult to do some basic tasks. it was a minor inconvenience, though definitely noticeable.

perfect location easy access friendly team trip experience
the location was perfect, with access to nearby attractions. the team. the bar has an awesome selection of craft cocktails, wines, and a friendly team. the concierge took my trip experience to the next level.
the gym is rather small and has limited equipment.
